I am sure there will be howls of protests from pro-establishment groups to the impudence of a novice in politics or a junior minister to tweet on a policy issue so publically. But keeping aside his seniority or juniority, let us examine the content of his opinion. By tightening visa rules can you effectively prevent the kind of mindless attacks sponsored from across the borders? Will it not cause untold miseries to genuine travelers? Will any such measure enhance security? What is needed is a very intelligent response. Can you describe this belongs to this category? I tend to agree with Dr Taroor. In an internet age, such restriction can go to serve security agencies and not the security of the country. Let us come up with some productive approach rather than such cosmetic measures.
